Abstract Submission

Deadline: Monday, May 9, 2016

Participants of the conference who are interested in giving a contributed talk or presenting a poster should submit a one-page abstract. (Download Word Template)

The conference will follow its traditional single-session format of 15-minute oral contributed presentations followed by lively 5-minute discussion periods. The three-day format of the conference limits the total number of speakers to about 50. All submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the program committee. The accepted abstracts will be assigned to oral or poster presentations.

Please indicate your preference (oral or poster) at the bottom of your abstract. Each abstract should be submitted as a one-page Word document using the abstract template for the PEC 2016 meeting. Please be sure that the abstract file name is identified by your last name followed by your first initial, underscore, PEC2016_Abstract (e.g., doej_PEC2016_Abstract). Attach and send the abstract to the following email address thibado@uark.edu using PEC2016 Abstract for the email subject line.

Nottingham Prize Contestants

Students interested in competed for the Nottingham prize should follow these special abstract submission instructions.

Poster Presentation

We strongly recommend that posters be prepared on a single sheet, approximately 40 inches (100 cm) wide and 32 inches (80 cm) high. Mounting materials including pins and adhesive tape will be provided.
