Conference housing will be located in the Maple Hill dorms.

Dorm Check-in

Those staying in the dorm rooms may check-in at Maple Hill dorms from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. on Monday, June 20, 2016. Enter the Maple Hill East Parking lot at 1201 Cleveland Street. Parking lot sign says “Resident Reserved, Restricted Parking, LOT 40 Z1.” Maple Hill guests will park in this lot with your parking pass. Enter Maple Hill East and find your way to the guest registration window to register and collect your parking pass.

Lodging in campus dorms feature two-bedroom suites(view floor plan in slideshow above) for three nights (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights). Each person is provided their own private bedroom, and a shared bathroom per suite. The dorm fee includes bed linens, blanket, pillow, towel, wash cloth, toilet paper and trash can with a trash bag. Please bring your own toiletries such as body soap and shampoo, as needed.

Alternatively, rooms may be reserved at the Inn at Carnall Hall by calling 479-582-0400. Call before June 1st and mention you are attending the “Physical Electronics Conference” to receive the discounted conference rate of $119.00 per night.
